"Standard dungeon system, regression trope".

In a creative mood, are we? Cheeky. Well let's give you a try, I guess I'm always in for some good old fashioned dungeon rai-

*the manga clobbs me in the head from behind with 40 chapters of financial blabbering and index speculation*

So, what the fu** did just happen? I'll explain. This one is actually a tycoon regression manga with the skin of a dungeon crawler plastered on its face. An unusual hybrid. This means that it actually needs to balance two different genre tropes, linked by the regression gimmick. Does it succeed? The answer is no. 

In particular: the financial component is okay, but really not that grounded. It needs a stable translation to make the economic jargon intelligible, and you can find that elsewhere, but the scale of MC's efforts is just too big, and too fast-paced. There is lotsa better in the same category. The bigger problem is, this one is actually the most competently executed trope of the two.

The dungeon crawler component is unbalanced and even weaker. The system has a certain randomness and unspecificity in its skills and traits, there is not a real power growth to speak of. As of chapter 50, its screentime is also extremely sacrificed in favour of the financial component.

Add to this an art department which is... I mean, serviceable... a characterization bordering on the flimsy and an outright tryhard writing style... well, you get a whole bunch of mediocrity. The part about being a millionaire sh****** white collar crimes everywhere is enjoyable enough, but as I said, it feels greatly mismanaged with the general narration and its other components.

A 7+ on the Ivern Scale™️. It's not gonna win any awards, but I appreciate the attempt and the guts to hit me when I'm not looking. BÏTCH.
