Kouki Nakagawa has long been in love with his childhood friend Ayumi Fujisaki, who suffered the tragic loss of her parents at a young age and now possesses a perilous ability to trigger natural disasters due to emotional instability. Unaware of Ayumi's power, Kouki is determined to confess his feelings to her, but his plans are thwarted by the arrival of Hikari Jindou.
